I had a big birthday party at Sweet CeCe's and all my friends came. Squinkies are my favorite toys and I like to practice writing notes to Ava, Mom, and Dad. I am a fantastic swimmer and enjoy jumping off the diving board and pier. |

I am really ready for the weather to warm up so that I can start swimming again. This year I should be really good at it! My best friend is Virginia and I we like to play dress up. My art skills have really picked up as well and I can write all my letters and numbers. |

With my birthday near, I'm really busy planning my birthday party. It's a ferry swim party and all my friends are coming, both boys and girls. Turquoise and Magenta are my favorite color and I'd like all my presents to be them. |

This year I was way more into Christmas and had specific things I wanted. Dress up costumes are my favorite. I wear them all day and even sleep in them if mom lets me. I don't hit or bite as much now that I express myself with words a little better, but I still get frustrated and will pull somebody's hair. |

Happy Birthday to me! It was fun getting all the attention have hearing everyone sing to me. My talking is really taking off as I have a habit of repeating the last 2 words I hear Ava, Mom or Dad say... regardless of what they are. Snow White is my favorite and I have a thing for shoes. |

I can communicate with Ava and mommy pretty well, but two syllable words still give me trouble. "Ro-Ro's" and ice are my favorite thing to eat, and I love to show off my teeth when having my picture taken. |

If I'm not strapped into a chair or confined to a crib, I'm walking around full speed ahead. It wears me out, but I am so proud of my new skill that I use it all the time. I also like to move things from A to B and almost always have something in each hand. |

I can eat an entire banana in under a minute and can correctly identify "muh muh" (mom), "DAT!" (cat), and "dahhh" (dad). Pretty much everything else is referred to with an ascending "boo-buh" sound. I can crawl up stairs and enjoy long walks in the stroller. The cat and big sister are my best friends. |

I have 3 teeth with a 4th one on the way. I can pretty much go wherever I want to when on all fours, and can then either pull myself up or sit up straight once I get there. Green beans and pears are some of my favorite things to eat, and kitty is one of my best friends. |

On the night of the 18th, somewhere between 3:00 and 5:00 am, I got my first tooth. By noon the next day its neighbor also poked through. So it is rice cereal time for me as mom finally gets a break. In other news, I have mastered 'the roll' and am quite interested in learning to crawl. |

I've doubled in both height and weight which is really quite a surprise when you see how much I spit up. I can roll over in both directions and know how to get my arms and legs stuck between the crib rails. Also, I'm starting to smile and laugh on a reqular basis. |

I'm wide awake now and like to be talked to. Every now and then I even crack a smile. However, today was a tough day as the Dr. stuck me in the legs 3 times. He is no longer on my good list. |

I've gained 9 ounces and snort like a pig at night. My legs are very strong as no swaddle is able to contain me. For my month birthday, the family took me to my first baseball game... but we only made it to the 3rd inning. |
